On May 14, 2025, the Erie Community College Foundation proudly welcomed over 250 guests to the SUNY Erie Celebrates breakfast at The Admiral Room in downtown Buffalo. This year’s theme, Resilience and Remembrance, resonated deeply as the event coincided with the third anniversary of the tragic 5/14 shooting. Attendees joined in a heartfelt moment of silence to honor the victims and their families, with special recognition given to keynote speaker and honoree Mark Talley.

This event is not just about handing out scholarships; it is about celebrating the power of education and the belief in the potential of each person.

Our 2024 event season promises to be our best one yet! With the new venues, new events, new sponsors, and growing attendance of 2023, we are poised for more fun, more music, more celebrating, and more community-building.
